Applying clang-format to Bitcoin Core

We are slowly applying a consistent style to the C++ source, via clang-format (LLVM) and $repo/src/.clang-format.

If you have a patch that is difficult to apply to the tree due to reformatting, simply apply clang-format and then rediff.
