Hello Everyone,

I’m proposing a BIP draft for the FROST threshold signing protocol and am seeking feedback from the community. The draft includes design details, usage guidelines, security considerations, and a Python implementation with test vectors.

This is a typo. It should be RFC 9791 instead.
